Account registration

  • CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Step 1: Click on the ACCOUNT icon located at the top right corner of your screen, and then click on create an account, or click here.
Step 2: Fill in the required information to create an account page.
Step 3: Simply hit the OK validation button. Your account has been created, you may start shopping.

  • EDIT YOUR PROFILE

Step 1: Click on the ACCOUNT icon located at the top right corner of your screen, and fill in the Identification section.
Step 2: On the Modify your account page you may update your personal information.
Step 3: Simply hit the OK validation button. Your account has been updated.

  • LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

You need to Login to your account to purchase the product(s) that you have in your shopping cart.

  • LOST PASSWORD

Step 1: Click on the ACCOUNT icon located at the top right corner of your screen, and then on the next page, click on Lost password, or click here.
Step 2: Fill in your email address on the Lost password page.
Step 3: Simply hit the OK validation button. We will forward your password by email.



Place and process your order

  • Step 1: Make your choices and add to your Shopping Cart

Once you have found the product you are interested in, you may access the technical description by clicking on its reference. Within that window, you may order the product by clicking on the orange "Shopping Cart" icon.
You can browse through our website and add to your Shopping Cart the product(s) you wish to purchase, modify the quantity of the product(s) ordered and recalculate the amount of your order, or continue shopping for additional products before finalizing your order.

  • Step 2: Login to your account

If you have never ordered from Sohodiffusion.com before then you must complete the "Client" form and create your account. This step only takes a few seconds.
Otherwise, login to your account.

You only have to verify your contact details and the content of your Cart.


  • Step 5: Choose your payment method and confirm your order

If paying by online credit card, you are taken to a secured payment page. Since the shipment could be delayed due to inventory or packaging problems, the transaction involves a two step process. An authorization is submitted at the time your order is placed. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be verified at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card be declined, so will be the order. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt and verification of payment.
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at anytime after receiving your order. Only based on shipping confirmation will our acceptance of your order be confirmed.

  • Step 6: We track your order for you

Order received: You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and a customer service representative will contact you by email.

Then, we wil inform you on any step of your order process, including order and payment confirmation, stock availability, and shipping status. You will receive the following information:

Price Verification
Shipping Info Verification
Payment Processing
You will be notified if any of the following situations arise:
  • Your shipping and billing information do not match.
  • Your information cannot be verified due to missing information or typo.
  • The item you ordered is currently out of stock, will take longer than estimated to get back in stock, or is no longer available.
  • Your order was cancelled because of stock availability or information errors.
